Nasam MM-API (Marketplace Management API) gives your systems the brands, catalog and listings, orders, stock, sales and settlements in your Nasam account, and lets them act on orders, listings and inventory. You integrate once with Nasam instead of once per marketplace.

Nasam connects to each marketplace and keeps the data in step. The API gives that work to your own systems.

  • Agencies running marketplace operations

    You run marketplace operations for several brands under your own name. Read and act on every brand you manage in Nasam from your own tools and client reporting.

  • Companies with their own ERP, WMS or BI

    You already run your business on your own systems. Bring Nasam’s marketplace orders, stock, sales and settlements into them, and send fulfillment and listing actions back.

From API key to marketplace data

Create a key, find a brand, and use its ID to read connected accounts and products.

    Create an API key

    Create a key in the Nasam app under Settings → API keys. It acts as you, with your brands and permissions. Send it from your server as Authorization: Bearer. See authentication.

    Find a brand and account

    List accessible brands, then read the selected brand’s connected sale-channel accounts. Keep the brand, channel, and account IDs distinct.

    Read a brand’s catalog

    Use the returned brand ID in a products request. Then subscribe to webhooks so you hear about order changes without polling.

Brand, channel, and account IDs

A brand is the business scope. A sale channel identifies a marketplace and region. A sale-channel account is the brand’s connection to that channel. Use the IDs returned by the API in later requests.
