A new order arrived for a brand in scope. Read it with GET /orders/{id}. Delivered only when the endpoint's owner holds orders.read and the brand is in the owner's brand scope. The payload names what changed; read current state through the API. Return any 2xx within 10 seconds. Other responses and timeouts are retried 1m, 5m, 30m, 2h, 5h, 10h and 24h after the previous attempt (8 attempts in total).
