Rotate Webhook Secret
POST/webhook-endpoints/:id/rotate-secret
Issue a new signing secret and return it once. For the next 24 hours every delivery carries two signatures in webhook-signature, one from the new secret and one from the previous secret, so you can switch your verifier without dropping events. Only the user who created the endpoint can reach it; another user's endpoint returns 404.
